8. Subscription and Payments
Access to Sentinel requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription tier
- Authorize recurring billing until you cancel your subscription
- Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Acknowledge that we may change subscription pricing with notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sentinel at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Sentinel after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sentinel shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
